The responsibilities of the Chief of Staff Office are to assist the superintendent in the daily operations of the District as well as the planning, implementation, direction, and maintenance of district initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness. Additionally, the Chief of Staff ensures organizational development and remains focused on strategic priorities while addressing any internal and external threats to organizational effectiveness.
